Ugly Love is an intense romance novel by Colleen Hoover. It's about Tate Collins and airline pilot Miles Archer, who starts a no-strings-attached relationship. But as they get closer, Miles' past heartbreak heavily influences their present, making things super complicated. It's raw, emotional, and, yeah, kind of ugly, but it's also about healing and hope.

The girl begins to communicate with the boy; over time, he recovers and opens his heart to her. Simultaneously with these events, the girl suddenly finds a secret garden hidden behind an ivy, which once belonged to her uncle's deceased wife, and begins to take care of it.
